Pricing: All prices listed on our website are in Saudi Arabian Riyal (SAR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you to discuss the correct price before processing your order.

Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing the details of your purchase. Please review this email and contact us immediately if you notice any errors or discrepancies. If an incorrect price is listed or a product is out of stock, Divano has the right to decline or cancel any order placed for that product. The company also has the full right to cancel the order in the event of a technical error, and the customer has no right to claim compensation.

Payment: We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, bank transfers, Tamara Buy Now Pay Later service, and the Flexi Credit Card from Al Ahli Bank. In case of payment by credit cards or bank transfers, you must pay the full amount in case of purchase. Also, in case you choose the option to pay by bank transfer, please note that your order will not be processed until the payment is received and verified. In case of payment with Tamara - Buy Now Pay Later, pay in monthly installments by entering your phone number and confirming via the code sent to you. In case of choosing the Flexi Credit Card, you can divide your purchases into four installments without interest.

Shipping and Delivery: Our shipping policy, as outlined on our website, applies to all orders. We strive to process and ship orders in a timely manner, and we provide tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.

Returns of Products: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Please note that certain items, such as customized or clearance items, may not be eligible for return.
