Return Policy

At Divano, we understand that you may occasionally wish to return some of your purchases, and we will do our best to assist you with this process while noting the following:

  • All returns require the original invoice.
  • Products such as mattresses, accessories and lighting cannot be returned.
  • The customer has the right to return the purchased products within 5 days from the date of purchase, provided that the order has not yet been delivered.
  • If an incorrect price is listed or a product is out of stock, Divano has the right to decline or cancel any order placed for that product.
  • The company has the full right to cancel the order in the event of a technical error, and the customer has no right to claim compensation.

 

We accept returns of products in the following cases:

  • Products with manufacturing defect. Returned within 7 days of the delivery date and which are still in their original packaging as they have not been used, modified, assembled or installed.

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Products damaged as a result of misuse or showing signs of wear, even if their warranty is still valid.
  • Products that have been used, modified, assembled or installed unless defective.
  • Products already assembled, unless the Divano team determines a manufacturing defect exists.

Steps to return a product:

  1. Make sure the product meets the return conditions listed above.
  2. Return the product with manufacturing defect in its original packaging within 5 days of delivery date.
  3. Make sure to include the original invoice, as well as all accessories and freebies included with your order.

Return request processing:

  • It can take 3 to 7 business days for our crew to collect your returns.
  • You will receive a refund if the product has a manufacturing defect.
  • If your payment was made by credit card, the refund will be returned to your card or account within 3 to 14 business days depending on the bank policy, A 2% commission fee deducted by the bank will be applied to the customer during the return process.
