When it comes to shipping, Divano is committed to providing a seamless and efficient experience for our customers. We understand the importance of receiving your furniture in a timely manner and in perfect condition, which is why we have established clear shipping terms to ensure your satisfaction.
Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders above 3000 SAR in major cities of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Jeddah, Riyadh and Dammam). This means that you can enjoy the convenience of shopping from the comfort of your home without any additional shipping costs.
If the customer chooses the shipping cities available on the website and provides us with another city, the order will not be shipped and the amount will be returned to the customer, with the deduction of the order fees.
Fast Delivery: We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery typically takes 7-28 business days depending on your location. Please note that some larger items may require additional time for delivery.
White Glove Delivery: For larger items or customers who prefer a more hands-off approach, we offer white glove delivery service. Our professional delivery team will carefully unpack and assemble your furniture, ensuring that it is placed in your desired location. They will also remove any packaging materials, leaving you with a clean and ready-to-use piece of furniture, If the order is received from the branch by the customer, the installation service is not available.
Branch Pickup Policy:
After your order is confirmed, the Divano team will carefully prepare your products. The item will not be available for immediate pickup. Once your order is ready to be transferred to your selected pickup branch, you will receive an instant notification via your mobile number and/or email. The preparation and transfer process usually takes between 5 to 15 business days. For your convenience, we kindly ask that you wait to receive the readiness notification before heading to the branch.
Assembly:
If you choose to pick up the products directly from the branch, furniture assembly will be the customer’s responsibility. However, the Divano team is happy to offer professional assembly service before pickup for a fee of 150 SAR. You can request this service by contacting the Divano team in advance at info@divanoksa.com.
Storage period:
The goods are stored under the company's responsibility in retail stores for a period of (60) days only from the date of the order. If the permitted storage period expires, a storage fee of 50 riyals will be imposed for each additional day. Please receive the order within the specified period to avoid additional fees.
